ZACH ROBERTS

A graduate of Furman University and Greenville native, Zach was drawn to real estate at a young age after obtaining his real estate license at 18 and serving as an agent when on break from school.

In 2017 Zach launched a career in real estate development and has since helped facilitate the development of over 1,000 residential lots spanning across 15+ communities.

Zach plays a key role in every stage of each community’s development – conducting market analysis, building project budgets, acquiring of new properties, construction oversight, lot sales, and more.

He maintains meaningful relationships with builders, attorneys, contractors, engineers, surveyors, and government officials. His attention to detail and ability to work efficiently play a key role in the success of Crown’s communities.
