A Greenville native, Nick Franchina is a real estate entrepreneur and investor. An energetic and hands-on leader, Franchina has developed a successful 25-year career that includes every element of real estate – investment, sales, property management, construction and finance.

Franchina and his extended family have called Greenville home for more than a century. He has long-standing and profound working relationships with government officials, industry stakeholders, builders, attorneys, and financial institutions. Franchina leverages these relationships to keep time sensitive projects moving forward. Over the past two decades Franchina has added nearly 40 communities, including over 3,000 rooftops, to the thriving Upstate market. His broad expertise and vast network help Crown continue to grow and pursue new opportunities.

A graduate of Furman University and Greenville native, Zach was drawn to real estate at a young age and obtained his real estate license at the age of 18.
In 2017 Zach launched a career in real estate development and has since helped facilitate the
development of over 1,000 residential lots spanning across 20+ communities.
Zach plays a key role in every stage of each community’s development – conducting market analysis, building project budgets, acquiring new properties, construction oversight, lot sales, HOA establishment, and more.
He maintains meaningful relationships with builders, attorneys, contractors, engineers, surveyors, and government officials. His attention to detail and ability to work efficiently play a key role in the success of Crown’s communities.
