A Greenville native, Nick Franchina is a real estate entrepreneur and investor. An energetic and hands-on leader, Franchina has developed a successful 25-year career that includes every element of real estate – investment, sales, property management, construction and finance.

Franchina launched his career by refurbishing and selling residential properties in the early 1990s. In 1997, he founded Access Realty LLC, a company that now includes more than 30 agents and subsidiary AR Property, a management company with a portfolio of more than 400 rental properties. Franchina also owns Apex, a Greenville-based residential home builder that is responsible for more than 500 properties, and is the co-founder of Regent Bank. His businesses have developed over 30 residential communities and added more than 1,400 roofs to the vibrant Upstate area.

Franchina and his extended family have called Greenville home for more than a century. He has long-standing and profound working relationships with county officials, developers, attorneys, and financiers. Franchina leverages these relationships to keep time sensitive projects moving forward.
